Individualized ABA Therapy in a Structured Clinical Setting
Settle Down ABA provides center-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and families throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Our clinic-based programs are designed to provide structured, individualized treatment while also creating opportunities for communication, social interaction, adaptive skill development, play, independence, and school-readiness skills.
Every treatment plan is based on individualized assessment, clinical need, family priorities, and measurable goals. Programs are monitored by qualified behavior analysts and adjusted as client progress and needs change.
What Center-Based ABA Can Address
Depending on the client’s individualized treatment plan, center-based ABA may address functional communication, adaptive and self-help skills, social interaction, play and leisure, transitions, emotional and behavioral regulation, safety, school-readiness skills, toileting and other daily living skills, independence, and reduction of behaviors that interfere with learning or participation.
Individualized One-to-One Treatment
Many ABA treatment goals are addressed through individualized interaction between the client and trained behavior staff working under BCBA supervision. Treatment decisions are informed by continuous data collection, direct observation, clinical review, and progress toward individualized goals.
Social Learning Opportunities
A center environment can create natural opportunities to practice communication, play, cooperation, waiting, flexibility, shared activities, transitions, and other skills involving peers. Social goals are individualized to the needs of the client rather than applied through a one-size-fits-all program.
Generalization of Skills
Learning a skill in one setting does not necessarily mean a child will use it everywhere. Clinical programming therefore includes opportunities to practice important skills with different people, materials, activities, and environments when clinically appropriate.
